The UPA Difference

United Property Associates is an award-winning Virginia/North Carolina association management and rental management company headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.

Founded in 1978, we remain a family-owned and operated business. Using modern technology and a human touch, we ensure that all of our services are both professional and personalized.

Our goal is to maintain and improve the value of our client’s properties.commitment

UPA in the Community

UPA management and staff believe in giving back to the communities in which they live and work by serving on executive committees and boards of a number of local, regional and national charitable organizations.

On “Casual Fridays” management and staff in the corporate office may make a donation to one of the chosen charities and, in return, get to wear casual clothes to work each Friday that month. Over the past three years, Casual Fridays have raised more than $20,000 for good causes.

The UPA Difference

A family-owned and operated organization founded in 1978, we take a personal approach with our clients to ensure the best possible service.

Our skilled and experienced team of Association and Site Managers specialize in the complete operation of:

  • homeowner and condominium associations
  • apartment communities
  • condominium rentals
  • single family home rentals

Using up-to-date technology, clients and on-site teams are supported by administrative and accounting professionals from our local offices in Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Newport News and Williamsburg, Virginia.

Operating expenses are kept low through our network of “best price” vendors and our volume buying discounts.

UPA has a Class-A contractor and civil engineer on staff offering solutions for new communities, highrise buildings and older properties.

Improving the quality and value of your association or property is our mission.
