UPA - Involved In Our Community Several years ago, the employees of United Property Associates decided that they wished to become involved in charitable contributions as an organization, and wanted to participate in charities by way of membership and financial contributions. As such, the employees of United Property Associates serve on executive committees and boards of several charitable organizations. Also, the employees choose from the numerous list of worthy charities, one each month to which employees voluntarily contribute. As a bonus, employees who contribute are allowed to wear blue jeans to work on Friday as a recognition of their contribution to charity that month.
